Nidhi Sharma is a Leadership Coach and entrepreneur whose journey spans corporate sales, television and entrepreneurship.
She began with Oracle, followed by Wipro, working in high-pressure sales with leading banks and financial institutions. She then made a bold leap into television — an entirely new industry where she had no prior network — becoming a TV Host, walking the ramp and hosting 2,000+ live TV shows.
She later built two startups from scratch as a solo founder, navigating high-stakes decisions, demanding boardroom conversations, building teams, extreme pressure and COVID.
Across her career, Nidhi has generated ₹100+ crore in sales and repeatedly entered new industries without an established network or influence — learning to build credibility, create opportunities and grow from the ground up.
